SHIPPING POLICY
1. Holycow Lakshyam promises to dispatch the products within 48 hours of placing the order.
2. Free delivery is applicable on order above Rs 1499/-
3. The order is delivered right at your doorstep.
4. The product is dispatched on weekdays only.
5. The order will be delivered in 7 working days maximum (Outside of Delhi).
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
1. You are eligible to return the product within 7 days of delivery.
2. If you’ve received damaged/wrong product that can be exchanged within 7 days, send a proof of picture/video attached in the mail. A replacement would be provided from our end.
3. Buyers have to inform on info@holycowlakshyam.co.in, their intent of returning the product, with specific details like order number, and keep the packaging intact.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
1. Refund is initiated by our end condition, ones we receive the product in its original condition.
2. Once you cancel the order, you will get a refund/ store credit within 15 working days.
